1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkr234 — whether through the website, mobile browser or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective from the moment you register an account or, if you were browsing without an account, from the moment you begin using any feature of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using pkr234 immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of whatever version of these terms is current at the time.

pkr234 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will note the updated date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check back periodically and stay informed of the current rules.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use pkr234 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr234 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access to anyone under this age.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false details — including your name, date of birth or contact information — is a violation of these terms.

3 Account Rules

Your pkr234 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

• Do not share your username or password with anyone else. pkr234 will never ask for your password through email or chat.
• You must inform pkr234 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or otherwise assigned to another person.
• You may only hold one account at any one time. If multiple accounts are detected, pkr234 may close all but the original and void any transactions made through additional accounts.
• pkr234 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if it believes the account is being used to commit fraud, money laundering, abuse of bonuses or any other prohibited activity.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on pkr234 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies. Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

• Deposits are for personal entertainment use only and must originate from a payment method that belongs to you.
• You must not deposit funds that belong to another person or that have been obtained through unlawful means.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• pkr234 does not charge fees on deposits for standard methods. Your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — this is outside pkr234's control.
• Deposits that are flagged by pkr234's fraud detection systems may be placed on hold pending review. pkr234 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is fraudulent.

Funds deposited to your pkr234 account are held as a credit balance for use on the platform. They do not earn interest. pkr234 is not a financial institution.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance to a payment method linked to your pkr234 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to maintain audit trails.
• Any active bonus terms — such as wagering requirements — must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity is permitted.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank.
• pkr234 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.
• Withdrawal requests may be reversed or delayed if there is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud or rule violations on the account.

pkr234 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods. The exact amounts and any method-specific conditions are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on pkr234, whether sports, Esports, live in-play or any other wagering activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr234 will not cancel a bet after it has been accepted except in specific circumstances defined below.
• Bets placed on markets with clearly incorrect odds — caused by a system error, data feed fault or human mistake — may be voided. pkr234 will refund the stake in such cases.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned and no official result is declared, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that were active at the time of abandonment are subject to the rules for each specific market.
• pkr234 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market without prior notice.
• Bets placed using funds that are later found to have come from fraudulent activity or abuse of bonuses may be voided and the account suspended.
• Minimum bet amounts are shown on the betslip before confirmation. Attempting to place a bet below the minimum will be rejected by the system.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time pkr234 offers bonuses, promotions and special offers to registered players. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed on the promotion page. General rules that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, collusion or coordinated play to abuse bonus offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkr234 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Responsible gaming tools are built into the platform and available to all registered players from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification for when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During exclusion, your account will not be accessible for gaming or betting. Exclusion requests are processed by support and take effect within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Intellectual Property

Game titles available on pkr234 are provided by third-party studios and are subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. pkr234 operates those games under valid studio licence agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

pkr234 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

• pkr234 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, delayed live odds updates or other technical issues beyond our direct control.
• pkr234 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure or for unauthorised access where you have shared your password.
• The platform does not provide any form of financial advice or guarantee of winnings. Gaming and betting outcomes are inherently uncertain and you may lose the funds you wager.
• To the fullest extent permitted, pkr234's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Changes to Terms
